The Ferrari helmet is a high quality product made using the most advanced technologies and top quality materials. This new concept model  combines the practicality of Jet with the superior safety of an integral helmet that is highly innovative both in terms of form and performance.  This model is, in fact, derived from the Schuberth J1, the helmet used by the Ferrari mechanics. It is made entirely from carbon-fibre which means that it weighs in at just one kg, making it very light and comfortable to wear.

Exclusively available from the FerrariStore.com, this helmet was specifically developed for drivers and owners of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, the Prancing Horse GT considered closest to the Formula 1 car performance and technology-wise. The helmet's styling is clearly influenced by the Ferrari 430 Scuderia's livery which makes it particularly attractive. Just like the bonnet of the famous Maranello GT, the helmet also sports the Ferrari logo on its front. 

The Ferrari helmet offers superior safety thanks to its removable chin guard hoop which itself is made from a particularly tough material that is impact resistant and clips on. It is removed by pressing two buttons on the side. To guarantee pleasant driving even at very high temperatures, the helmet also has an exceptionally efficient venting system.  

An optical class 1 distortion-free face shield is another plus that once lowered, guarantees complete protection which prevents eyes becoming tired over long journeys. The face shield is anti-scratch and anti-fog treated too. The helmet also has a practical internal sun visor which is easy to use thanks to a slider on the side of the helmet. 

The quick-release chin strap boasts the AROS or Anti Roll Off System which prevents the helmet pivoting off the head from behind and attaches the chin strap to the rear of the helmet to better distribute forces in impacts.  

The inner liner is removable and washable. It's also made from a breathable, hypoallergenic fabric for exceptional comfort. This helmet is wind tunnel-tested which also helps hone overall comfort levels still further. This one in particular has a very low noise rating of  92 dB at 100 kph.

The Scuderia helmet with Double-D ring fastener is homologated for motorbike use in all countries with the exception of the US and Japan. However, it is not homologated for use in FIA GT racing.  

The helmet comes in a red fabric carry bag with a black Prancing Horse logo.
